Announcement on RSPO 17th General Assembly

Dear Valued Members,

We recognise that 2020 has been a challenging year and that many in our membership have faced challenges that could not have been foreseen since our last General Assembly. You have all had to adjust to a new business reality, and so must the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). Together, we shall continue our vital mission to transform markets to make sustainable palm oil the norm.

Accordingly, the RSPO will hold its 17th General Assembly (GA17) of members on:

Date: Wednesday, 25 November 2020

Time: 8:00 PM (GMT+8), Kuala Lumpur Time

As announced on 10 September 2020 by the RSPO Board of Governors, there will be a special arrangement to hold a virtual meeting for GA17 and that voting will be carried out entirely via electronic voting (e-voting).

In accordance with Article 9 of the RSPO Statutes 2018, RSPO Members are now invited to submit nominations for the elections of the RSPO Board of Governors (BoG) using the Nomination Form.

Listed below are the BoG seats that are up for election and the retiring members, who may be re-nominated if they wish to stand.
