Elizabeth Clarke
Director of Conservation and Science at WWF-Singapore
Elizabeth (Liz) Clarke is the Director of Conservation and Science at WWF-Singapore. Previously she held the position of Global Palm Oil Lead for the WWF global network. Her experience with the palm oil sector and the RSPO spans over a decade, to include her time as Business and Biodiversity programme manager for the Zoological Society of London (ZSL). Prior to this she was an environmental consultant and graduated with environmental degrees from the universities of Cambridge and Imperial College London. In addition to representing environmental NGOs on a number of committees and working groups at the RSPO, she has previously served as biodiversity and ecology section co-chair of the International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA), on the Business and Biodiversity Offsets Programme (BBOP) executive committee, on the HCV Network management committee, and as a board member for the Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network.
