The RSPO NI document of Mexico of the RSPO Principles and Criteria 2018 (P&C 2018) has been developed by the participatory of multi-stakeholder groups which have included representation from the relevant sectors. Formation of this National Interpretation Working Group (NIWG) had ensured all required procedures, communications and actions taken are properly documented and recorded.
The RSPO NI document of Mexico National Interpretation (Mexico NI) 2019 has been drafted through a comprehensive development process including consultation with all relevant groups in producing states to ensure that it accurately reflects the nature of the industry in Mexico, particularly national legislation, and customs in the country whilst maintaining and, in some cases, strengthening the integrity of the RSPO requirements for certification.
We are now inviting Public consultation on the Mexico National Interpretation 2019 draft. The draft is available in English and Spanish language.

The Mexico NI Working Group has requested the comment to be filled on the attached templates.
Consultation Period on the draft which is available for download on the RSPO website will begin from 20th May 2019 to 19th July 2019 for the period of 60-Days.
