HCV Assessor Licensing Scheme information sessions in Indonesia and Malaysia

The HCV Resource Network will host two information sessions on the HCV Assessor Licensing Scheme (ALS) in Indonesia and Malaysia

The new HCV Assessor Licensing Scheme (ALS) is a formal mechanism created by the HCV Resource Network  to constantly monitor HCV assessor performance and evaluate HCV assessment report quality.

The RSPO recently announced  that it will require licensed HCV assessors in all New Planting Procedures (NPPs) starting 2015. Therefore, currently RSPO-registered HCV assessors are encouraged to apply to the HCV Assessor Licensing Scheme (ALS) as soon as it is launched in October 2014 if they wish to continue to carry out HCV assessments for NPPs.

To aid in this transition, the HCV Resource Network, with support from RSPO will be hosting 2 information sessions in Malaysia and Indonesia:

Bogor, Indonesia

Date: 15th of October, 2014

Place: Santika Hotel

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Date: 17th of October, 2014

Place: Capri Hotel

To participate in these sessions, please register before October 1st, 2014.
