Remediation and Compensation Procedure (RaCP): Suspension of Disclosure Non-Submitters

The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) has moved to suspend non-submitters of Disclosure of Liabilities, as recommended by the Compensation Task Force (CTF) and approved by the Board of Governors (BoG).

The staged implementation period of the RaCP officially ended on the 9th of May 2015.

To lift the suspension, the listed companies will be given three months to submit the Disclosure of Liability to [email protected]. Failure to do this would result to termination of membership.

Companies/organisations that have their RSPO membership suspended will have all membership privileges revoked with an immediate effect. However, there will be a grace period of 30 days before their certificates, trade and Trademark License will cease to be valid.
