RSPO Seminar on Free, Prior and Informed Consent and Native Customary Rights

During the period of the Malaysian National Interpretation (MNI) Public Consultation, RSPO will be organising a seminar on Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) and Native Customary Rights (NCR). The seminar aims to provide an understanding of the FPIC approach and NCR in the context of RSPO in general and in Malaysia in particular. To reach out to a wider audience, the seminar will be conducted both in Kuala Lumpur and in Kota Kinabalu.

The seminar is open to all RSPO members in Malaysia. Interested individuals or organisations are requested to confirm their attendance by 31st March 2014 in an email to Oi Soo Chin ([email protected]). Kindly confirm your attendance the soonest as registration is on a first come first served basis due to limited seats. Please provide the following information when confirming your attendance.
